Sign-up and costs
Step 1: Talk to us to see if we can help you
If you are an MMU graduate, current MMU student or staff member, we can help you to start a business or develop your existing one.
Existing businesses – we support early-stage businesses, existing companies moving into the UK/NW England, and existing small businesses needing high-value office space in central Manchester.
Freelancers – we provide the ideal location and community for freelancers – we’re close to Piccadilly train station and have an M1 postcode, and we have many other freelancers and small businesses for you to collaborate with.
Pre-starts - You must demonstrate to us that you have a viable business idea and you’re suitably committed and determined for it to succeed.
Step 2: Take a look at our costs
We believe Innospace represents unbeatable value in the whole of the UK!
Step 3: Take the tour
To find out more, come and chat with us and look around. We will be pleased to give you a tour of Innospace and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4: Interview
If you like what you see and hear, we’ll simply book a 30 minute timeslot for you to talk us through your business. We ask that you bring a basic outline business plan with you to share with us. This helps us to understand your business and how we can support you best. As a minimum, this should be a two-page document with headings like: • Name of business & legal form • Products & services • Customers • Competition • Pricing • Cash flow
We ask that you bring a basic outline business plan with you to share with us at this stage. If you haven’t already got one, you may find the general business viability assessment useful, to provide a good, all round assessment of your idea to share with us.
Step 5: Sign up
If you and Innospace are a good match, sign our terms and conditions and you will be welcome to start working in Innospace right away while we we’ll deal with the paperwork.
We look forward to hearing from you.
All candidates must have an EU citizen or have the right to work in the UK.
