Managing Strategy & Innovation in an Uncertain World (Technology Industries)
Using Innovation to Remain Competitive, Technology Industries with Professor Michael A. Cusumano from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
Join MIT Professor, Michael Cusumano, to tackle the simultaneous challenge of “innovation and commoditization” and the growing demand for new products, features, and services, at low prices or even free which has occurred in many high-tech industries. He will draw examples from the automobile, software, and consumer electronics industries that have demonstrated the ability to perform well over long periods of time, including Toyota and Microsoft as well as Intel, Apple, Google, IBM, and many others.
Take the opportunity to ask questions, meet potential collaborators and be inspired with Professor Cusumano’s principles for ‘Managing Strategy and Innovation in an Uncertain World’.
