Creating the right legal framework for a company, including: company incorporation, employment contracts, liability insurance, terms & conditions and licence agreement creation can increase a company’s legal protection and present a professional image to potential clients, partners and employees.
Legal - We can provide access to a variety of legal advice sources as well as drawing upon our own extensive business experience. Through its professional network, Innospace maintains close links with selected lawyers who can assist companies in developing their legal documentation or providing specific advice on legal issues.
IP and licencing - The development, management, protection and exploitation of intellectual property is a key factor for many companies at Innospace. We have specialist patent and licensing professionals within the University who can provide advice and support to our companies. Specialist attorneys also provide services to our companies on referral.
HR - MMU Business School’s HR department can provide specialist HR mentoring. For more in-depth HR consultancy, one of Innospace’s tenant companies can provide bespoke training and advice on future recruitment, employment issues and training needs.
